Pressure Washing
Driveways, siding, and pool decks back to the color they started.
The job
Florida grows mold and mildew on everything that holds still. Driveways go gray, siding goes green, and pool decks get slick enough to be a hazard. We wash it all back to clean.
The right method matters. Concrete takes real pressure; siding, screens, and painted surfaces get a low-pressure soft wash so nothing gets stripped or forced under the laps. One crew, both methods, matched to each surface.
Text photos of the surfaces and a rough size, and you'll get a firm price for the whole job — not a per-hour guess.

Straight answers
Questions we get.
How much does pressure washing cost?
Square footage and surface type set the price. Text a photo to (561) 284-9683 and you get a firm number back — usually within the hour.
Will it damage my paint or window screens?
No — siding, screens, and painted surfaces get a soft wash at low pressure. High pressure is reserved for concrete and stone that can take it.
Do you bring your own water?
For most residential jobs we run off your outdoor spigot, which is standard for the trade. If your property has no water access, tell us and we'll plan around it.
How often should I have it done?
Once or twice a year keeps most Florida homes ahead of the mildew. Driveways under heavy tree cover may want it more often.
