How fast can you turn a unit?
Most single units are cleared within a day or two of getting access. Tell us your re-list date and we work backward from it.
Do you document the job?
Yes. Timestamped before-and-after photos of every room, sent when the job closes. Useful for owners, courts, and your files.
What happens to the tenant's belongings?
That's your call and your county's rules. You flag anything that must be held or stored, we follow your written instructions, and everything else goes through our normal donate-recycle-dump order.
