Post-Construction Cleaning

Dust-free handover between the last trade and the punch list.

The job

The build isn't done when the last trade leaves — there's drywall dust on every flat surface, stickers on every window, and grout haze where the walkthrough is supposed to happen. The final clean is what makes the work look finished.

We wipe down walls, fixtures, and vents, scrape stickers and paint flecks off glass, scrub and vacuum the floors, and clean cabinets inside and out. If the trades left debris behind, hauling it off is literally our other job.

Schedule us after the final trade and before the walkthrough. You get a photo report when the space is punch-list ready.

Straight answers

Questions we get.

How much does post-construction cleaning cost?

Square footage and finish level set the price. Text a photo to (561) 284-9683 and you get a firm number back — usually within the hour.

When should we schedule the clean?

After the final trade wraps and before the walkthrough. For bigger jobs we can do a rough clean mid-build and a final clean at the end.

Do you remove leftover construction materials?

Yes — debris hauling is the other half of our business, so scrap, packaging, and leftover material can leave on the same visit as the clean.

Can you get paint overspray off the windows?

Stickers and flecks on glass, yes — careful blade work is part of the clean. Paint correction on finished walls or trim is painter's work, and we'll tell you when that's what it needs.
