Light Interior Demolition
Strip-outs done tonight, debris gone by morning.
The job
A strip-out that drags is a build-out that starts late. We tear out cubicle systems, rip up flooring, pull cabinets and fixtures, and take down non-load-bearing partitions — then haul the debris the same day, because demo and hauling are the same crew here.
One mobilization instead of two. Your GC walks in the next morning to a clean slab, not a debris field with a second invoice attached.
Non-structural only, and your GC or engineer calls which walls qualify. Electrical and plumbing get safed-off by your licensed trades first; we demo after.
Scope of work
What's included.
- Cubicle and furniture-system teardown
- Flooring rip-up — carpet, tile, laminate, and VCT
- Cabinet, casework, and fixture removal
- Non-load-bearing partition removal under your GC's direction
- Debris hauled off the same day as the demo
- After-hours and weekend scheduling
Straight answers
Questions we get.
How much does a strip-out cost?
Scope sets it — photos or a walkthrough get you there. Text a photo to (561) 284-9683 and you get a firm number back — usually within the hour. The price includes the haul-off, not just the demo.
Is this structural demolition?
No. We handle non-structural interiors only — cubicles, flooring, casework, and partitions your GC or engineer has cleared. Load-bearing work needs a licensed structural contractor.
Does the debris really leave the same day?
Yes — that's the point. Demo crew and haul crew are the same people with the same trucks, so the slab is clean when we lock up.
What about live electrical and plumbing in the walls?
Your licensed electrician and plumber safe-off and cap first. We demo after sign-off. That order never changes.
