Estate Cleanouts
Respectful, on your timeline, and handled in one pass.
The job
Clearing a family member's home is hard enough without managing a crew. We work at your pace, on your schedule, and we treat the house and everything in it with respect.
Anything that looks personal or valuable — documents, photos, jewelry — gets set aside and shown to you before it goes anywhere. Furniture and household goods that deserve a second life go to donation. We coordinate directly with family, realtors, or attorneys, including families out of state.
The house is left broom-clean and ready to list. One crew, one pass, one firm price agreed before work starts.

Straight answers
Questions we get.
How much does an estate cleanout cost?
Send the address and photos of each room — a walkthrough video works too. Text a photo to (561) 284-9683 and you get a firm number back — usually within the hour. Larger homes may get an in-person look, and the price is firm before work starts either way.
We live out of state. Can you handle it without us there?
Yes. We work through a lockbox or your realtor, set aside anything personal we find, and send photos at every step so you can make decisions from anywhere.
What if you find something valuable?
It gets set aside, photographed, and confirmed with you before it goes anywhere. Nothing personal or valuable leaves the property without your sign-off.
Where do the belongings go?
Donate and recycle first, dump last. A full house holds a lot of usable furniture and goods, and we make sure the donation centers see it before the landfill does.
